Extreme sports is an activity perceived as involving a high degree of risk. It creates an exciting feeling and makes you more concentrated. Extreme sport could be a good way to solve a mental health problem and at the same time build up your confidence and overcome your fear.


It brings a lot of benefits in life. For example, it could help you boost and improve your mental health, it can help you reducing stress and anxiety, it could help you to boost your self-confidence and help you take your mind off of whatever is worrying you or bothering you and put you in a fun mood. Besides that, extreme can produce endorphins. It can help you keep stress and depression away and feel excited. The extreme sport also can improve the ability to sleep.


So, I decided to design some extreme sport on our campus. After doing so much research, I think this activity is suitable to be had in college because students nowadays like the feeling of excitement and it could help the student to improve their mental health. When they are free, they can come over to the college with a friend and have some fun. This can help them balance their social and academic life. Since there are many hostels around the college, so it is easy for them to come over and don't need to spend extra money. Some lecturers also can stay back after work so they can play the sport as well.


There are a few extreme sports that I want to have in college. Boxing, could help you built self-confidence, make you feel more powerful, and stress relief. Skateboarding could help you reduce stress which is a natural way of relieving stress. It also can help with depression and it is a natural treatment for depression. Not only that, it can as a replacement for the traditional forms of reducing stress such as therapy counseling. When you playing this sport it can keep your mind busy, you will not get time to think of things that can cause you depression. Indoor bouldering and rope climbing is excellent full-body workout and a great workout for your mind. When you plan your route, you are required problem-solving skills to help you find the fastest and safest way to the top of the wall. So, you’ll quickly forget all the stresses of daily life as you push your body and mind to their limits and it also could help you built confidence.


Overall, extreme sport is a good activity for mental health and it could bring people fun.
