Creative Exercise 🎇

Last week we had done an 3 activities in class, and all this activities is about challenge the way that we think. When the activities start, I already stuck at the first exercise. The first exercise is about alternative use. We was given a picture of object then we have to think of as many use as we can. When I first saw the picture, I only can think about what we usually use that for. For example, paperclip. I just think about paper clip are use to clip all the paper together. The very common use of it. I can't think it in an unusual way. I already lock my mine. So I think I have to practice this more and try to look things in different way.

The second activities is Incomplete Figures. We need to finish the incomplete drawing.

This is my first drawing. I think this is more easier compare to the first activities, but I still stuck at there. I need to took long time to think and I am not dare to draw. I can't think of anything that can joining the line. I am randomly choose the one that I know how to draw and the one that I don't know I just skip it to the last.

This is the second and third drawing that I drew.The line for the second one is the same so I can't choose the one that I know to do first. But it allow me to develop my idea from one to another one. For example, I draw a pants then straight away I think of clothes. Also, when I draw a food then I can straight think of other food that have same shape. The third one I we have to joint all the line together and make a image. I think this is a good exercise for us to think of an better idea and design. Just like we need to develop more and more so at the end we can combine and link all the idea together and get a better idea and design.

The last activities is we have to solve the problem. This is a candle problem. I don't know why I feel like this is the easier one. When I saw this picture and I can quickly think out a way to solve this and I like this activities a lot.

Lastly, I think this activities is very helpful. It let us know how to develop and how to get a better idea. I feel like I should practice more this kind of activities.
